Vehicle seat for a commercial vehicle

The motor vehicle's seat has the seat cushion (11) mounted by a support device (6) which in a regulated degree of freedom has a first sensor (25,35) fixed to the vehicle to record vehicle acceleration, a second sensor (26,36) fixed to the seat to record seat structure acceleration, and a third sensor (27,37) to record relative movement between the seat structure and the vehicle. The signals from the sensors serve as measurable variables for the regulating device which transmits a correcting variable for an actuator to regulate the transmission performance of the support device in this degree of freedom.
