The device has two superposed units (11, 12), where the unit (11) is mounted on a belt winder (13) and the unit (12) is integrated with connected and free ends of the unit (11) using a connection unit (15) and a pull bar (14), respectively. The bar is tilted up or partially rotated to shift position of one unit with respect to the other unit such that the device takes a large and a moderate concealment state. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle having a concealing device.
