The car with an opening side window at the front and a fixed side window at the back has a single one-piece strip (19) attached to the roof (6) to seal the tops of both windows. The strip profile has dedicated sealing sections (27) for the opening window (10) and the fixed window, the unnecessary section being removed as required before fitting. Independent claims are included for: (A) a method for making the seal; and (B) a method for fitting the seal.
