Window channel covering structure

The window channel cover device for door windows of motor vehicles has a profiled window channel strip (6) and a window sealing element (8). A filling piece is fitted in a free space formed on the strip end side between the window panel sealing element and window channel strip. The filling piece is fastened to the window channel strip. The window channel strip has an end wall, with the filling piece fitting in the space between it and corresponding end of the window panel sealing element, and especially the latter's sealing lip arrangement.
