Device to reduce impact energy from fractions of tires and rims

The wheel structure for vehicles and aircraft has a rim (3) with a mounted tire (4) filled with a gas (2). A displacement body (1) is bonded to the rim, within the tire, but without contact with the tire. The displacement body is of an elastic, rigid, open or closed pore material, in one piece with the rim.
