The vehicle, and especially commercial motor vehicle, has a driver's cab (11) and an engine cooling unit (12) which has a heat exchanger (13) through which flows a heat transfer medium and which is installed in a duct (16) extending in the rear wall region of the cab. The duct is installed on the rear wall of the cab, and the heat exchanger extends parallel to the rear wall and defines at least one air passable duct section stretching preferably along the rear wall.
