Heat exchanger with cold storage

The heat exchanger with a cooling medium accumulating element (15), especially for a motor vehicle's air conditioning system, is installed in a cooling medium circuit and serves for the cooling of air for conditioning for the interior of the vehicle. The smallest dimension of the cooling medium accumulating element comes to a maximum of 2.6 mm and a minimum of 0.4 mm. The wall thickness is a maximum of 0.4 mm.
