Electrical heating device, particularly for motor vehicles

The device (10) has multiple heating elements (14) assembled to a heating block (12) held in a frame (18). A control device (28) controls the elements via power transistors of the control device, where control device together with the heating block forms a structural unit. The control device is designed as a control module and is directly pluggable to the block. The control device is laterally arranged at the block and integrated in the frame. The transistors are connected with cooling bodies (42), where the frame is made of plastic or metal.
