Electrical heating device, especially for motor vehicles

Vehicle electrical heating arrangement comprises a number of heating elements (14) assembled in a heating block (12). The block is held in a frame (18) with a control device (28) for controlling the heating elements. Control device and frame mounted heating block are configured as a single structural unit.
