Adjustable flap

The adjustable flap plate on a wind deflector in the forward region of a vehicle's roof aperture has an adjusting device (2) through which the flap plate can be hinged in below the wind deflector and hinged up in an operating position in front of the wind deflector. The adjusting device has a deflection roller (3) operated by a cable (5). A pull cable (6) is connected to the flap plate and is preloaded by a return spring (14) on the flap plate. The pull cable in the erect operating position of the flap plate is located in a dead center position and supported on a leaf spring element.
