A solid oxide fuel cell electrode of the present invention contains an electrode structure which includes at least one of an electron-oxygen ion mixed conductive material and an electron conductive material and has a three-dimensional network, and a particle which adheres on a surface of the electrode structure and on a surface of a pore within the electrode structure and is made of a material having electron conductivity and electrode catalytic activity. Compared with a conventional electrode, the electrode of the present invention is capable of increasing a length of a three-phase interface to increase an electrode reaction field and improving catalytic activity and electron conductivity.
