ELECTRODE FOR SOLID OXIDE TYPE FUEL CELL AND SOLID OXIDE TYPE FUEL CELL
DRIVE
December 1, 2004
Electrode of a solid oxide fuel cell has a structure comprising a three-dimensional net-like structure porous sintered body comprising an oxide ion conductive material and/or oxide ion mixed conductive material. Firing is performed in a state where the particles comprising the oxide ion conductive material and/or oxide ion mixed conductive material are adhered on the surface of the structure, and the particles are filled in the inside of cavities of the porous sintered body. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an electrode/electrolyte laminate of a solid oxide fuel cell where the electrode is formed on the surface of a solid electrolyte layer; and (2) a solid oxide fuel cell having an air electrode and/or a fuel electrode comprising this electrode or having the electrode/electrolyte laminate.
