The motor vehicle air conditioner motor support comprises a shaped box (10) having a bottom wall (12) connected to a peripheral wall (14) to delimit a housing (20). The housing receives an electric motor enclosure (22) that opens out in a volute (36) receiving a turbine (32). The bottom wall includes two holes (48) to allow passage of a flow of cooling air (F) that passes through the enclosure and rejoins the volute. An independent claim is also included for a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning apparatus for a cabin of an automobile comprising a device for supporting an electric motor.
