The coupling has a ball rod on the vehicle pivotable between a locked rest position and a locked operating position with a coupling ball on its free end and an axially movable, resettable locking bolt (11) near the bearing ball end that interacts with a radially engaged and disengaged latching arrangement (12,13) for engaging or releasing the locking. The locking bolt is formed with an axial push rod (16) on the drive side via which it is connected to the drive (23) for motorized disengagement.
