A winder shaft (WS) (12) carries a flexible pull-out strip of material linked to a locking disk (LD) (20) so as not to turn. The LD cooperates with a detent pawl (DP) (22) to shift between free-wheel and locked positions. A counting mechanism has a drive wheel (27) linked to the WS so as not to turn and a driven cam element (30) with a radial cam (32) to hold the DP in its free-wheel position.
