Locking device and control method for a locking device

An automobile has a key-operated central locking system for doors, hatches and petrol filler cap hatch cover. The petrol inlet is protected by a hatch with a lock operated by an actuator and bolt. The petrol filler hatch covers a pressure switch that is linked to the central locking system motor (1). Slight pressure on the hatch operates the switch and motor, releasing the hatch.
