The device has an air pulser (20), a mobile seat (10), and a connection conduit (30). The conduit is connected between the air pulser and the seat. The conduit has two arms articulated around a rotation axis (XX) perpendicular to two displacement directions of the seat, according to a freedom of movement. An end of one of the arms is articulated at an interior of a connection case fixed to the air pulser.
