VEHICLE SEAT

The vehicle seat comprises a slide device having slide lock mechanism, a reclining device and a seat cushion having tip-up mechanism and walk-in mechanism. A lever in the walk-in mechanism permits the tip-up and the slide lock mechanism to be operated when seat is moved up to an intermediate position and allows the reclining device to be released, when seat is moved up to a final position.
