Vehicle brake system
DRIVE
December 1, 2004
The system (10) has a mechanical linkage (19) through which a force produced by weight of a vehicle is transmitted to an actuator (16) to provide a braking force. A part is associated with a chassis (11) of the vehicle and another part is associated with a wheel support part moveable relative to the chassis. The linkage is connected between the parts to cause movement of the actuator based on relative movement of the parts.
