The holding arrangement has an L-shaped tensioning yoke (6) passing through the floor of the roof box and engaging under the cross-bearer (3). A catch leg (22) on the bearer part that can be pivoted out through a floor slot before the free end of a clamping leg (9) and locked in this position can be operated and locked or unlocked by a clamping lever (13).
