Trailer coupling

The device has a pivoting bearing body fixed to the vehicle with a pivoting element, a ball neck (10) carrying a coupling ball (12) and an arrangement for shape-locking fixing of the pivoting element relative to the bearing body. The locking arrangement has first and second shape-locking elements that can be moved to a position with the pivoting element fixed relative to the bearing body by a first motor drive. A second motor drive moves the pivoting element between working and rest positions.
