Axle fixation for a vehicle axle

The axle connection for the sprung axles of motor vehicle has an axle body (1) which a square tube section (2) in the region of which intersect longitudinal links (4) supporting air spring bellows. Each longitudinal link has a U-shaped recess extending transversely to the direction of travel. An underside of the axle body's square tube section is supported with mechanical or positive locking on the horizontally extending base surface of the recess, and similarly supported on the vertically extending front and rear end sides (10) of the recess are front and rear locating faces (12) formed on the front and rear side of the square tube section.
