Navigation device and method for calculating routes considering time-dependency of toll fees

Navigation system (1) for calculation and output of journey routes from at least a start point to a target point. The system has a navigation unit (5) that is suitable for calculation of a cost-optimized route by evaluation of time dependent tolls taking into account the time of travel. An independent claim is made for a method for calculation and output of a journey taking into account time dependent tolls.
