Sliding control console

The console has a range of storing spaces, and a translation control unit formed of a primary connector (42) for coupling to a power supply. A control module (26) carrying the control unit is housed in the spaces to illuminate the spaces. The module has two primary connectors (50, 54) cooperating with a closing unit of the spaces to activate two respective illumination units when the closing unit is in a folded position.
