Mounting system for a rear table of an automobile

The system has a blocking device on a lateral mounting (2) to block a luggage-covering shelf (1) in a raised position. Surface of stops (8, 9) are provided on corners (3) and coupling units (4), respectively. The stop prevents a movement of the shelf when the shelf is in the raised position. A spring plate (14) is arranged to exert a stress on the shelf towards back, in such a way to block the shelf in a raised position. An independent claim is also included for a fixing of a luggage compartment in a motor vehicle.
