The device has guiding rails (102a, 102b) presenting a sealing/opening portion that forms a slope with respect to a sliding portion for controlling passage of a mobile panel (101) in a sliding plane towards a plane defined by a fixed panel (103) and vice-versa. The mobile panel is caused to be displaced approximately perpendicular to the slide plane when a sliding skate is moved parallel to the slide plane. An Independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a sealing device.
