Device for checking the locking state of a seat belt buckle for vehicles
DRIVE
June 2, 2004
A seat belt lock has a latchet (2) and a lock carrier (1) that has an integrated ejector (3) and a locking element (7). Between the ejector and a pressure spring there is a movable magnet fitted in such a way that its position can be changed by means of the ejector and the pressure spring against a suitably attached Hall sensor. An Independent claim is also included for a seat belt with a latchet, a lock carrier, an ejector, a locking element and a device for recognizing the locking status of a seat belt lock.
