A friction gear (4) has a first friction wheel (8) fitted in the surface plane of a belt drive (7) and driven with the belt's exterior as permanent frictionally engaged. A second friction wheel (80) is arranged isoaxle to the first friction wheel and maintains a permanent frictionally engaged drive with a drive wheel (9) on an additional unit (5).
