Airbag module

The gas bag module comprises a gas bag and a gas generator (11) provided with at least one gas duct (13) which is made of a deformable material, and is flattened at least along one expansion section (21) extending into a space between two folds of the folded gasbag. As a result of the gas pressure produced by the gas generator, the expansion section is transformed into a hollow body containing a gas stream. An Independent claim is also included for a method for producing a gas duct forming a part of the proposed gas bag module.
