Transaxle apparatus and four-wheel driving working vehicle using the apparatus

A hydrostatic transmission disposed in a housing includes a hydraulic pump which receives power of a prime mover, and a hydraulic motor driven in response to the fluid from the pump. A power take-off shaft is disposed in the housing perpendicularly to a rotary shaft of the motor so as to be drivingly connected to a drive train and extended outward from the housing. An independent claim is also included for a four-wheel drive working vehicle.
