Hydraulic transaxle apparatus for a four-wheel-drive vehicle

A port, provided at the surface of a housing, is linked to an inner fluid passage such that hydraulic fluid is supplied from the inner fluid passage to a hydraulic actuator arranged outside the housing. An axle, arranged in the housing, is driven by a hydraulic motor (40). A hydrostatic transmission, arranged in the housing, includes a hydraulic pump. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
