The built-in ashtray (3) for a car is in the form of a drawer and has a spring (20) which pushes it out when released. A cigarette lighter is mounted in a holder (5) in the tray and the outward force (FF) of the spring is greater than the opposing component (FZH) of the force (FZ) needed to replace the lighter in the holder.
