Valve element (1) comprises at least one valve arranged on a shaft having at least one bearing with different diameters (D, d). The diameter (D) of the shaft on one side of the valve is greater than the maximum extension (S) of the valve in the radial direction of the shaft. An Independent claim is also included for a valve arrangement comprising the above valve element and a housing, especially an intake channel system. Preferred Features: The shaft and the valve are made in one piece.
