The load securing device has a beam-type profile (28) with at least one insert profile mounted on it and to which is connected a swivel head of channel-form cross section and a locking bolt movable in relation to it. The locking bolt outside the channel-from cross section of the swivel head projects from a locking component towards the top plate of the swivel head, and the locking component is penetrated by the axial bolt of the swivel head and has a force accumulator allocated to it.
