Reusable materials made from recycled rubber, process for the preparation and use

Soundproofing material comprises recycled raw rubber, powdered tire rubber or vulcanized rubber and plastics and/or polyolefins. An Independent claim is also included for production of the soundproofing material by premixing raw rubber, powdered tires and plastics waste in a high-speed mixer and then in a two-blade rotor mixer, homogenizing the mixture in a screw extruder and extruding the mixture into thin sheets or into a rod which is sliced on leaving the extruder.
