Brake assembly with brake linkage for railway vehicles

The brake unit has a brake linkage (12) which carries at least one first brake component which is brought into functional contact with a second brake component. The brake linkage is connected to a fixed point by at least one elastic bearing (28) which has a two-stage construction, with one stage being elastic and the other non-elastic. The bearing comprises a bearing bush (30) force-lock connected to the brake linkage and a bearing bolt (32) force-lock connected to the fixed point.
