Vehicle wheel with emergency tube inside the tire

The vehicle wheel comprises pneumatic tire (2) whose pressure is monitored, and inner tube (3) filled with air that expands if the pressure in the tire drops below a predetermined value. The emergency tube (3) has a measurement unit which identifies changes in the wall surface. The measurement unit consists of expansion strip applied to tube, whose electrical resistance changes when stretched.
