Switch lever for a steering column switch of a vehicle

A base part (1) for a switch lever swivels on bearings in a switch casing. A gripping piece (2) for the switch lever has one or more single switches (3) that couple to a motor vehicle's wiring system and use a pressed-out control grid (6) projecting through the switch lever to connect to a contact area (7) fitted in the base part and linked to the vehicle's electrical system.
