Apparatus for fixation of baggage in a vehicle

A base (1) links firmly to a motor vehicle's bodywork part. A hoop-shaped ring (3) swivels on bearings on a swivel pin by means of a first linking part on the base. The ring also rotates on bearings by means of a second linking part so as to rotate on an axis of rotation vertical to the swivel pin.
