Compensator for parallelism errors for removable vehicle seat

The misalignment compensator for a vehicle seat with cross-members and side flanges, adjustable along guide rails fixed to the floor, consists of a viscoelastic bush (18) fitted to the cylindrical end (12) of each cross-member (3) and inserted in a bearing (17) on the seat flange (G). The bush is fitted against an inner washer (20) and a collar (13) on the cross member, and is held in place by an outer washer (22) and a machine screw (23) fitted into a threaded hole (15) in the cross-member end.
