Wind deflector for vehicle roof

The wind deflector for the roof of a vehicle has a base element (10) for fastening to the roof, and an adjuster (14) hinge-connected to the base element. An air penetrable and flexible deflecting element (16) is fitted to the base element and the adjuster, and at least one adjustment spring (12) to load the adjuster into an extended position in which the deflecting element is tensioned between the base element and adjuster. The spring is a leg spring made of wire creating a joint between the adjuster and base element.
