Airbag arrangement

The airbag arrangement has an airbag module (1) between the steering wheel (2) and the instrument panel (5) with an airbag (4) that extends between the steering wheel and the instrument panel when inflated. The inflated airbag extends above the steering column (6) when inflated. It extends along the steering column and fills the space between the steering wheel and the instrument panel when inflated.
