The device has a connecting piece (506) rigidly connected to a tire-monitoring module (501). An attachment unit including a fixation clip (507) and a setscrew (508) attaches the connecting piece to a wheel such that the module is fixed radially internally relative to a hook and a seat of a rim. The attachment unit applies a clamping stress to the connecting piece against the radially inner surface of the rim hook.
