Speaker mounting assembly for a vehicle panel

The fixing arrangement has a retaining frame (7) of the loudspeaker device (5) and a loudspeaker cover (6) fitted to opposite sides of an interior fascia panel and secured together via fixing screws, fitting into pegs (11,12) projecting from the rear of the loudspeaker cover, to fit through openings (10) in the facia panel.
