Device for fastening a passenger seat

The system for attaching a passenger seat to the side wall (9) of a car comprises brackets (3) which are fixed to the wall. These have downward-curving sections (3b), horizontal sections (3c) attached to these and upward-facing lips (3d), over which a U-profiled rail (2a) attached to the seat rail mounting plate (4) fits.
