Electric supplementary heater for passenger cars

The auxiliary electrical heater (10) for a passenger vehicle heats air and has an air outlet opening (14) in the lower area of the vehicle door (16). The heater is an electrical PTC - (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater (22) mounted directly in the air outlet opening. A hot air blower can also be mounted in the door.
