Sliding roof arrangement with sliding screen

The arrangement incorporates a lifting device, which engages on the rear part (25) of the sliding roof lining (1). The force of the device tensions the part in upward-folded direction. When the lining part is in that direction, the lifting device has max. lifting force, and has reduced or minimum force, when the section is folded back into the sliding plane of the lining. The front part (21) of the lining is guided in a track (24). The lifting device connects the two lining sections at the top, and applies the tension force via a traction spring (30).
