Switching module for motor vehicles

The switch module (10) has at least one electrical switching device (14,16,18,20) for operating an electrical load, having a housing (23) containing fixed and movable contacts, operated via a switch button or wiper (24) upon its movement from a rest position. The switching device is plugged in to a hollow profile carrier (12) provided on its inside with conductor rails cooperating with the terminal contacts of the switching device.
