Covering device for soft top storage compartment

The cover device has a front cover part (6) swivel mounted on the vehicle body and a rear cover part (7) swivel mounted on the front cover part, as well as side cover parts (8) swivel mounted on the roof box cover (1). When closed the front cover part adjoins the rear edge (3) of the rear seat area and the front edge (13) of the rear cover part . When closed and with the roof lowered in the roof box the rear cover part adjoins the rear edge of the front cover part and the front edge of the roof box cover. In this closed position the side cover parts adjoin the side edges of the front cover part and rear cover, the rear edge of the rear seat area as well as the front edge of the roof box cover (1).
