Method of manufacturing a control valve assembly

The flaps are arranged on one shaft (11) in sequence. At least one pre-fabricated functional component (13) is placed on the shaft and has an enclosed passage (18) for the shaft inserted into a mold (19). The switch-gear flaps are produced by the mold. The at least one functional component is between two flaps which prevent the functional component from undoing.
